Heart Opening
begin opening the heart. The nature of expression in safe environments often looks like receiving and vulnerability. The heart is the focal point of a generating and expanding electromagnetic field (known as a torus) around the body. While science has not yet recognized it, it is believed that a Merkaba (light body vehicle) is activated by the Torus electromagnetic field. We have now truly reconnected to the body.
DNA Healing
Once we are activated, we have officially embarked, coming home to ourselves and reconnecting to our truest nature and power.
“Activation” with 3 journeys will provide one opportunity to deepen into each of the 3 intentions. Similar to a single or first time journey, your first journey of the 3 pack will familiarize you with the breath method, remembering our natural breath. In doing so, we are automatically activating the parasympathetic nervous system and entering into the expanded brainwaves states. In the second journey of the 3 pack we share intention to begin opening the heart. The nature of expression in safe environments often looks like receiving and vulnerability. The heart is the focal point of a generating and expanding electromagnetic field (known as a torus) around the body. As the journey flows we have entered into activation where this is also the shared intention of the 3rd journey of the 3 pack.
